HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?
We ship from the Netherlands with tracked delivery. Delivery times are estimates and can be affected by peak periods, weather, and customs.
Typical delivery times
- The Netherlands & Belgium: 1–2 business days
- Germany: 1–3 business days
- France / Spain / Austria / Poland / Italy: 2–5 business days
- Rest of Europe: 2–7 business days
- United Kingdom: 2–5 business days (customs may apply)

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE A REFUND?
Once we receive your return, we process your refund within 14 days to your original payment method. Your bank/payment provider may need additional time to show the refund.

We ship from the Netherlands to the destinations available at checkout.
If your country shows up at checkout, we can ship to you. If it doesn’t, delivery isn’t available to that location at this time.

CAN I CANCEL OR CHANGE MY ORDER?
If you need to change or cancel your order, email info@mattiepro.com as soon as possible with your order number.
If the order has already been processed or shipped, we may no longer be able to make changes.
HOW DO I REDEEM MY GIFT CARD OR VOUCHER?
At checkout, enter your code in the appropriate field:
- Gift card: enter the gift card code in the Gift card field
- Voucher/discount code: enter the code in the Discount code field
Then click apply — the total updates automatically.
MY TRACKING SAYS MY ORDER HAS BEEN DELIVERED, BUT I HAVEN'T RECEIVED IT?
First check:
- Your mailbox / safe place / neighbours
- Any pickup-point notification from the carrier
If you still can’t find it, email info@mattiepro.com with your order number and we’ll investigate with the carrier.
I ENTERED A WRONG SHIPPING ADDRESS, WHAT CAN I DO?
Email info@mattiepro.com immediately with your order number and the correct address.
If the order hasn’t been processed yet, we can often update it. If it’s already shipped, changes may not be possible. If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failure to collect, we may refund the order minus shipping and return-to-sender costs, or reship it at your cost.
WILL I BE CHARGED WITH VAT?
Where applicable, prices shown include VAT and the final total (including VAT and shipping) is shown at checkout before you pay.
For deliveries outside the EU (including the UK), import VAT/duties or carrier fees may be charged by local authorities/carriers and are the customer’s responsibility.
I HAVEN'T RECEIVED AN ORDER CONFIRMATION, WHAT SHOULD I DO?
Check your spam/junk folder first. If it’s not there:

WHAT ARE THE RETURN COSTS?
Return shipping is paid by the customer. You can return the parcel using your own shipping method, or request a pre-paid return label from us — if you use our label, the label cost will be deducted from your refund.

CAN I MAKE AN EXCHANGE?
We don’t offer direct exchanges. If you want a different item, the easiest way is to return your original item (if eligible) and place a new order.
